At 15:53, Battalion 2504, Engine 25-8, Engine 25-7, Engine 25-6, Squad 25, Ladder 25, Tender 25-4, Tender 25-8, Tender 25-9, Tender 232, Squad 21-1, and Engine 62 responded for a dwelling. Engine 25-8 arrived first due and reported a two-story wood frame single family, with heavy smoke showing from the rear, and immediately went into service with a 1-3/4" line. 2500 transmitted the All Hands, adding Quint 25, Engine 25-4, Engine 25-3, Rehab 25, Rescue 232, and Squad 232. Additional tender support was also requested, bringing Atlantic County units Tender 1234 (Collings Lakes) and Tender 1615 (Nesco), and Gloucester County Tender 2954 (Cecil). Once a water supply was established, additional lines were put into service. The fire was placed under control within 30 minutes, with no reported injuries to fire personnel or occupants. --Photos NJFG Joe Piepszowski
