11-25-2016(Camden County)GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP 8 Dunlin Way- All Hands Dwelling

At approximately 10am on November 25, crews were dispatched to 8 Dunlin Way in 85's local for reports of a dwelling. Upon arrival, 8500 immediately ordered Squad 85 and Squad 25 to stretch handlines, while Engine 62, as the third due engine company, took the hydrant. The All Hands brought Quint 85, Engine 86, Quint 25, Ladder 84, and Rescue 82. The fire was placed under control within 20 minutes, and crews remained on scene for several hours performing overhaul while FM 85 investigated. The home's occupants were able to escape with assistance from neighbors prior to crews arriving, but the family dog was unable to be rescued in time. --Photos NJFG Joe Piepszowski
