Squad 7 arrived with heavy fire conditions on the 2nd floor of a 3 story end of the row dwelling. Squad 7 secured their own water supply and placed a line in operation. Battalion 1 arrived and struck the All Hands. At the 10 minute mark Command reported 2 lines in operation with fire extending to the 3rd floor. Crews also reported fire extension into the attached small commercial garage area. A 2nd Alarm was transmitted. One firefighter was treated and transported to an area hospital with a leg injury. All companies were pulled from the building as companies set 2 Ladder Pipes in operation for heavy fire conditions. At the 50 minute mark Command reported companies were making good progress with Ladder Pipe operations.
