4/29/2015 (Gloucester County) DEPTFORD - 716 Tanyard Road - Dwelling Fire - All Hands Operating

At around 0001hours Station 94 and Station 91 were dispatched to 716 Tanyard Road for a Dwelling Fire. Initial reports from the Gloucester County Communications Center reported from the caller a possible bedroom fire, occupants were evacuating. Upon the arrival of Deptford Police, police reported heavy smoke showing from the 2nd Floor. 9401 (J. Tull) arrived on two a 2 1/2 story single family dwelling with smoke showing. 943 was ordered to arrive and go in-service with 1 3/4 handline. 942 secured the water supply. And 926 was order setup division A. Companies arrived and forced entry through division A. Quick work was made of the fire. No civilian injuries were reported. No firefighter injuries were reported. The fire is been investigated by the Deptford Fire Marshal's Office in conjunction with the Gloucester County Fire Marshal's Office.
