Battalion 1 arrived with a 2 story middle of the row with heavy fire conditions on the first floor extending to the 2nd. Command placed all hands in operation. Crews placed multiple hand lines in operation from the front and the rear. Ladder company went to the roof to open up. Crews remained in defensive operation until the fire was brought under control. Extension to both occupied exposures in the roof area. No injuries reported on the fire ground. Searches were negative in the dwellings. --Photos NJFG Ted Aurig
