2-6-14 (Camden County) CAMDEN CITY 565 Carl Miller Blvd. Unconscious Person/Technical Rescue

Camden BLS unit 23 and Medic 43 dispatched for the unconscious person. BLS arrived and reported a cardiac arrest on the third floor with deplorable conditions to the steps and a tight area. EMS chief US-20 and Ladder 2 was added to the job. BLS and ALS were able to get pulses back on the pt. After further assessment it was decided to remove the pt. via a third floor window using mechanical advantage. Battalion 1 and Rescue 1 were added for equipment and personnel. Crews from Ladder 2 and Rescue 1 used mechanical advantage to remove the patient. BLS-21 added to the job to assist.
