8-1-2012 PHILADELHIA 1901 E. Westmoreland St. -2nd Alarm Building
Comapnies arrived with a 75x100 building consisting of 19 garages. Command reported heavy smoke showing striking the All Hands Box. Command reported exterior operations as the Tower Ladder was being set up and multiple 2 1/2" lines. A 2nd Alarm was transmitted. Heavy fire conditions through the roof.
The building was owned by the Latin Cruisers Club where 15 antique cars worth $1 million dollars were being stored. A worker inside the building reported heaving a pop and seeing flames when he was inside.
The fire is under investigation.
