3-28-2012(Camden County)CAMDEN CITY 2036 High St.-All Hands Dwelling

Companies dispatched for in the area of 20th and High St. for a reported vacant dwelling. Battalion 2 arrived and reported heavy fire conditions striking the All Hands Box. First arriving Engine Companies secured water supplies and led off with 2 1/2" hand lines. Crews set up for defensive operations due to the conditions of the dwellings on the block and previous fire damage. Crews placed hand lines in the front and rear as Ladder 2 set up for Master Stream operations. At the 10 minute mark Command reported heavy fire conditions throughout. Crews operated in defensive operations to bring the fire under control.
