3-21-2012(Gloucester County) WOODBURY - 29 Hopkins Street - All Hands Dwelling

District 5 was dispatched for a reported dwelling fire. Woodbury PD on scene reporting fire showing from 2nd story window, all occupants, accounted for. 501 Chief Volk arrived on scene to confirm the report, Ladder 516 arrived first due, stretched a 1 3/4 handline to the second floor, and made quick work of the fire. The fire was held to the room of origin, companies held for overhaul and the fire marshal investigation. The fire is being investigated by the Woodbury Fire Marshal's Office. No injuries were reported and the fire was placed under control with in 10 minutes. Companies on Scene Engine 511, 512, 614 and 613 Ladder 516, 626, and 926 Rescue 628 and 1518, BLS 8315 and 1519. Also on scene Woodbury PD, Woodbury FM, PSE&G and Woodbury Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
