7-10-2011(Gloucester County) WESTVILLE 20 Pine St-2 Alarm Dwelling

At approximately 0345 hrs The Gloucester County Communications Board dispatched District 7 to 20 Pine St for a dwelling all hands working on the initial dispatch. 701 (Chief Farley) signed on and county gave a report of Westville PD on location reporting one house fully involved possibly extending to the next. 700 arrived with a 2 1/2 story wood frame twin with heavy fire from the number 2 floor. Engine Company 733 arrived and established their own water supply and laid into the job leading off with their deck gun. Command stuck the second alarm while the engine crew then placed the 2 1/2 blitz fire in service on the A division of the dwelling. Ladder Company 736 arrived and began forcible entry and ventilation. crews entered the adjacent apartment with negative results on a search. Ladder companies 736,Bellmawr Park 33 and Gloucester City 51 were placed in the air and master streams were in service. Engine crews in the C division operated an 1 3/4 to knock some of the fire on that side. Command released the balance of the companies once the fire was knocked with the exception of 3 and 2 and the RIC team to assist the Fire Marshals office. The Fire is still under investigation and no Civilian or FF injuries were reported at the time of the incident.
