1401 arrived on location with smoke from the rear of a 2 1/2 story middle of the row. Companies secured a water supply and placed multiple hand lines in operation with heavy smoke on the 2nd floor. The All Hands box was struck. Crews found fire conditions on the 2nd floor. An additional Ladder Company was called above the All Hands. No injuries were reported.
