8-27-11 (Gloucester County) WEST DEPTFORD - 188 Manduit Ave - All Hands Dwelling

At around 0645hrs District 6 was dispatched to 188 Manduit Ave in the Verga local for a reported dwelling fire. Gloucester County Communications received a call, where the caller was reporting a possible attic fire. Engine 614 arrived first due and reported smoke showing from the attic, and requested the box to be filled. 613 secured the cold water line, companies made quick work of the fire with a few PW's and 1 1 3/4 handline. Covers were placed, and RIC 511 was on scene. FM 5 was on scene for investigation
