1-15-2010(Camden County)BARRINGTON 121 Kingston- All Hands Dwelling

A dwelling fire was dispatched at 8:45 A.M. Companies arrived on location to find a 2 ½ story single family wood frame dwelling with smoke showing. Companies reported fire in the stairwell extending to the 2nd floor. Companies secured a water supply and led off with a 1 ¾” hand line as the Truck Company opened the roof. Command struck the all hands. Searches were negative as all occupants were out of the dwelling and accounted for. Crews reported heavy fire on the 2nd floor. Crews placed 2 1 ¾” hand lines in operation to knock down the fire. No injuries were reported on the fire ground. The Camden County Fire Marshals have the fire under investigation.
