2-10-2009(Burlington County)LUMBERTON Rt. 38-All Hands Building

At 9:25 p.m. Lumberton crews were dispatched for a reported building fire at the Travel Lodge on Rt. 38. Police arrived and reported a working fire. They began to evacuate all occupants. Command arrived and confirmed a working fire placing all units in service. Companies went into operation with 1 ¾” hand lines as crews went to the roof. Crews worked for approx. 30 minutes before placing the fire under control. No injuries were reported. The Burlington County Fire Marshals have the fire under investigation.
