1-15-2009(Camden County)WINSLOW 72 Arbor Meadow-All Hands Dwelling

Crews were dispatched for a reported dwelling fire at 72 Arbor Meadow Drive at 4 p.m. County Radio advised responding units a caller reported flames from the roof. Command arrived and reported a 2 ½ story single family dwelling with heavy fire showing. The all hands was sounded. All occupants were out of the dwelling and accounted for. Crews led off with a hand line to find fire conditions in the attic area. Crews were forced out of the dwelling when they ran out of water due to poor water pressure from the hydrant. The emergency evacuation signal was given. Crews went into defensive operation with multiple hand lines as well as the Ladder Pipe. The bulk of the fire was knocked down as crews re entered the structure for overhaul and to open up and check for extension. The Camden County Fire Marshals Office has the fire under investigation at this time.
